PREPARING FOR ADULTHOOD

Preparing Young People for the Future

01

Independence Training & Daily Living Skills

We guide young people through the practicalities of adult life. Through hands-on independence training, they build vital daily living skills, including healthy cooking and meal prep, budgeting, household tasks, and personal hygiene.

02

Personal Responsibility & Decision Making

We empower young people by giving them a direct voice in all aspects of care planning. By encouraging active participation in house meetings, personal target setting, and daily schedules, they learn responsible decision-making.

03

Transition Planning & Future Preparation

As young people approach transition age, we create detailed pathways for independent living or family contact. We support CV building, college applications, interview prep, and transport familiarity training.
