Mr. Hasim Bham is one of the proposed Registered Service Providers. He brings extensive experience working within children's social care services and fostering environments, having worked as a registered foster carer with the London Borough of Islington for over five years, and over four years working with an Ofsted-registered independent fostering agency.

Registered Manager
Our Registered Manager oversees the home's daily operations, ensuring that the care framework meets Ofsted quality requirements, and that placing authorities receive accurate, transparent assessments of young people's progress.
With extensive background in children's social care and trauma-informed support, they lead our residential support team by example—prioritizing child safety, emotional comfort, and educational attendance.
Key Operational Responsibilities:
Safeguarding & Protection
Implementing child protection policies and reporting concerns/serious incidents to Ofsted.
Leadership & Culture
Supervising staff, promoting a positive welfare culture, and ensuring staffing competence.
Regulatory Compliance
Ensuring the home operates according to its SoP and meets Children's Homes Regulations.
Care Planning & Outcomes
Monitoring children's education, health, emotional well-being, and development.
Quality Assurance
Completing Regulation 45 quality-of-care reviews and acting on feedback.
Level 5 Diploma Requirement
Registered Manager holds or is obtaining the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare.
Core Management Team
Our management team oversees the daily implementation of care plans, education support, safeguarding protocols, and overall wellbeing guidelines, building a safe, positive setting for every child.
Responsible Individual (RI)
Oversees the service on behalf of the provider, ensuring overall governance, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and alignment with the Statement of Purpose.

Deputy Manager
